Secondary Programs

Kingsway’s Secondary Program serves students ages 14–21, encompassing grades 8th–12th and our transition students (12+). The program provides clear, individualized pathways grounded in each student’s unique abilities, interests, and future goals. It fosters independence and essential life skills while recognizing the value of interdependence and natural supports as we prepare diverse learners for real-world experiences.
The goal is to ensure a seamless transition from school to adult life by engaging students in meaningful, personalized learning experiences. The PATHS (Pursuing Abilities Through Hands-on Skills) program empowers students by equipping them with the skills and experiences necessary to reach their personal goals and succeed in transition planning.
Students move through three identified pathways within the PATHS program based on their individual needs and growth. Each pathway has a specific focus area that supports continued development of functional, vocational, and community living skills.
Pathway to Engagement – Building Foundations for Community Living
